Training & Qualifications
I am a professional aerialist, aerial coach, and fitness instructor. I have been teaching for 5 years, and performing as an aerialist for 9 years. I specialize in creating workouts that will strengthen your body in a balanced way, along with stretching to improve your flexibility and help to prevent injury. I love working with beginners.
You don't have to want to fly for this deal, but you can train to be as strong enough to if you'd like.
