I will design a weekly plan to be followed for 4-6 weeks. This plan will take into account your fitness level, your available tools and schedule, along with your wellness goals.
You will need to fill out any form requesting information about your training levels, basic health history, etc.
Training & Qualifications
I am a professional aerialist and certified strength and conditioning specialist. I have been teaching for 10 years, and performing as an aerialist for 15 years. I specialize in creating workouts that will strengthen your body in a balanced way, along with stretching to improve your flexibility and help to prevent injury. I love working with beginners.
You don't have to want to fly for this deal, but you can train to be as strong enough to if you'd like.
