About Me
Hi there if you're new to the site welcome my name is Erin I am the owner of Freshly Made Roadrunner. I hope that this business will grow and develop as our world has shifted; I will be providing healthier alternatives to fast food while making the majority of these things from scratch. I hope these meals will provide relief for many such as overworked individuals and seniors along with anyone that's hungry.
No little bit more about myself I am currently trying to run its business out of my house the disclaimer is not food safety certified. I am also a culinary student at Durham College and have one more year to go. Due to school starting my service will operate Thursday to Saturday. Starting September 3, 2020 I will begin providing my meals to the Peterborough area. With excitement and determination, I look forward to helping the community out by providing nutritional meals.
Training & Qualifications
I obtained a variety of certifications including food handlers, smart serve, and completed the first year of culinary skills preceding to the second year of culinary management. I also have a diploma in recreation and leisure services and know the importance of balance in our lives and what we put in.
