I have been teaching yoga for about 3 years now. My concentration is in therapeutic yoga, especially for those with chronic pain.
Mornings and evenings and weekends.
I am currently teaching Spanish and Theater for Middle School and High School during school hours. After school, I offer theater classes for Pre-K through 5th grade. Also, I teach 3--5 yoga classes ...per week, focusing on breaking down fascia and rebuilding functional flexibility and strength. My goal is that you leave class feeling better than you entered. Halloween is my favorite holiday. Constructing/designing costumes and make-up is one of my passions. I am clueless about business and money. I want to create a better presence and advertising strategy for my yoga services. I really have no idea where to even start. I also have a Black Belt in Hapkido; love to knit, crochet, and sew; and am an avid football fan. show more
