Wellbeing for all is my obsession. I have been working 15 years in the wellness industry as an Executive Director. I have created innovative business concepts to improve health and wellness offerings in luxury resorts such as JW Marriott, ForteVillage and Borgo Egnazia. The most important aspect of my job has been to inspire and motivate teams to excell in the creation of unforgettable wellbeing experiences. Throughout my career I have collected 100+ publications and 20+ awards for excellence in the field.

I have been certified among the first 50 Chief Happiness Officers in Italy where my expertise in Science of Happiness (and Wellbeing), Positive Psychology and Human Flourishing are applied within the organizations for workplace wellness programs to drive productivity and engagement.

I am happy to combine the titles of wife, mother and businesswoman, having spent seven years as an entrepreneur, founding one of the first modern medical spas in Europe and creating the Healtheatarian protocol that has been impressively awarded. 

I am an International Coach Federation Member and a Professional Life Coach. My purpose statement is:
To help people to increase their quality of life through wellbeing and personal growth. I create a safe space where people can feel secure to be challenged for self empowerment with a human flourishing and positive paychology, result driven approach.
