I will conduct a mock interview as we prepare for questions your supervisors will ask and areas they will want to explore. We will explore guest service, sales growth, and financial analysis.
I have 15 years experience in the restaurant industry. 13 of those years in a management roll (1 as an assistant manager, 12 as a GM, and working on finishing 1 as a regional manager).
Training & Qualifications
I am currently the regional manager for a national restaurant company. I have over a decade experience in corporate management and guest relations. A detailed understanding of all aspects of business and guest service. Understanding of how to grow business, read and analyze a P&L, and retain and develop a team.
Availability & Preferences
My schedule is very flexible I travel between Dallas, Houston, Austin, and Atlanta, and can make time to do Skype calls as well.
