I have been coaching for over a decade, specializing in swimming (beginner technique thru competitive) and triathlon training. I can meet and train one on one, or provide training plans if you are looking to race your first (of thirtieth!) race. These training plans are a great to jump start your fitness goals as well, even if you are not training for something specific.
