I have severe OCD and wants some advice and tips and how to control and stop some of my OCD. Right now I feel like it has control over me. I need someone who has or has had OCD and can relate and give me some tips.

About Emily Fretwell

I tend to focus on others more than myself. Which is both good and bad. I like to play guitar, write music, and am considered an extremely virtuous. I love the arts and English is my favorite subject.... I also love the run and can be antisocial at times. This is because I suffer from depression and anixety. I love animals, I have a dog named Maggie and three cats named Jaylinn, Callie, and Max. Sad story, my mother passed away two years ago from cancer and it has been hard but it is another thing that made me who I am today and helps me help others and relate. Things are fine now, my dad is dating a girlfriend who my mom was best friends with. She would be happy to see them together. I try to always think about the positive and focus on the good things. Sometimes it is hard but I push through. But I hope to help others with this neat website. (:show more
