Similar to meditation, and some yoga postures, this guided relaxation will turn your body into warm gooey buttercake, while your mind quietly takes a backseat. You will need a quiet, private place to sit or lay down, where you can feel entirely comfortable and safe - no worries or concerns, only the sound of my voice gently coaxing stress away, leaving you to feel blissfully refreshed.
