I have been training for 15 years, I had many personal trainer thrugh those years i had self learning thru reading fitness books, articles and following many people in youtube. I really love training its my pasion.
Now with a picture , weight & fat % i can see what you need, i`been transforming many bodys in my gym and i really like it, i like to see step by step the changes in the bodies of people that train with me. Let me change your body ; )
