I can teach beginning piano lessons/ear training/music theory and can help you meet your goals. I can help you learn how to play your favorite songs and how to teach yourself to play your favorite songs. I can teach you to read music, and also help you with ear training. I can help you learn in a style of your choice- contemporary/pop/indie/rock keyboard, or beginning jazz and classical. I can give you a foundation in music theory and ear training and am happy to help you gain fluency at the keys.
Training & Qualifications
I am a multi-instrumentalist composer/performer who can teach beginning piano lessons and ear training.
I have been playing piano for 25 years. My musical background is quite versatile and I have been a musical director/composer for theatre, as well as played in rock/indie bands.
Availability & Preferences
Free on weekday afternoons and weekends when the school year begins. Will be moving near DTLA.
