I'm highly knowledgeable on health and fitness of all bodies. I understand BMR and healthy weight loss and weight gain. I specialize in body positivity and real health.
Training & Qualifications
Extensive research on BMR vs BMI, chemical makeup and breakdown of calories, as well as personal recovery from an eating disorder. Compassionate care is inherently ingrained in my consultations and health plans/goals.
