Depending on when you would like to take this service, I can either offer private or public practices, as well as a great yin yoga practice that incorporates live lute music. My yoga classes range from yin and power yoga, but I've done a fair amount in between. Message me for more details!
The simbi price is the listed price for one public class. If you would like something else, or a private class, message me for more information.
Training & Qualifications
I have a Bachelor's in Journalism and a yoga certification.
Availability & Preferences
Public classes are Monday and Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. at Kafeneio's Coffee house (3300 south and 258 west) Thursday's I do it at Kafeneio's from 12:00 p.m. - 12:45 and private events are very flexible, but usually are best at night or on weekends.
