I will answer any and all questions about food, cooking and/or baking, to the best of my knowledge! I am an alumni of Johnson & Wales University and have spent 20 years in the food service industry. I've held titles such as Kitchen Manager, general manager, line cook, Chef, Pastry Chef and Chef Garde Manger. I've worked with a lot of high end Italian and French but also good old American pub grub and comfort food. Ask me your cooking questions!
