Massage is a great way to help your body recover from a stressful day, a hard workout, an injury, or chronic discomfort. A therapeutic massage session would be tailored to what you need and what your goals are for the session. Techniques used could include deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, swedish massage, and reflexology.
Training & Qualifications
I am a licensed massage therapist in North Carolina and certified in several modalities.
