Feel overwhelmed by throwing a dinner party? I will help you put together a nice and stress free dinner! I have been successfully entertaining on a regular basis in my home for years and love sharing my best practices. I can offer ideas for themes and recipes, and give tips on food and beverage pairings, table ware, and decorations - all catered to your individual needs. Cuisines and styles I am most familiar with are: Italian, Mediterranean, American, Mexican, Indian, Thai, North Western European, Sushi, Fondue, Tapas, Vegetarian, and BBQ. It's not dinner? Not a problem, breakfast, brunch, lunch, and cocktail planning/prep also available.
Training & Qualifications
I have a passion for cooking and shopping for food, and one of my biggest joys in life is having friends at my dinner table.
