I can give you a realistic budget for what you are looking for, help negotiate a better price or lease terms with a landlord, do market research and/or take some tours on your behalf if you are not local/don't have time.
I can also help you asses the market value of your property, write up the listing, arrange a photographer and help you find qualified tenants.
Training & Qualifications
I have been in real estate in Seattle for 6+ years. I have simultaneously run multiple building with over 100 units combined all over greater Seattle. I have leased single family homes all the way to brand new lease up projects of 150+ units. I've been a building manager, a property manager & a freelance leasing agent with a local Property Management firm. I now have my own Leasing company that I run with my partner AJ.
Availability & Preferences
