I currently work at an innovation center in which I work with ongoing and new projects - startups. The service will consist of consultation meetings. First I will learn what your goals, resources and ideas are, and then we will work through possible strategies. The consultation will focus on completing a Canvas model, covering added value, costumer identification and acquisition, delivering avenues, cost structures and financing methods.
