I can help with most tech support needs. I won't help with a large office network setup or fix, but I'd be happy to help with almost anything else tech related. I can fix computer problems, setup routers, or just help figure out some software and guide you to the proper resources. I can work with Windows, OSX, or Mint/Ubuntu Linux setups.
Training & Qualifications
A+ Certified (I haven't actually renewed it in a while though. 2012 cert) and Cisco CNNA certified.
Work as a support analyst and have worked in tech support in the past.
