Active member in the Culinary arts....my live laugh love is Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.....maybe with a few snacks.

I work in Finer Dinning but love the basic's of cooking my favourite food is a good Grilled cheese with soup of the moment. Crispy skin on fish and the smell of smoked meat get my excitement levels to max.

I can carve a mean pumpkin, and find happiness in food comas and well fed banter around a dinner table.
