I will give you a 45 minute training session that includes stretching, yoga poses, weight resistance and cardio. I can meet almost anywhere in the city of Los Angeles, either at a gym or a park, as I have my own equipment. I am a certified personal trainer (since 2005) and I expertly asses every repetition of every set to ensure safety and proper form to maximize gains in strength, endurance and stamina.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a certified personal trainer via the National Exercise and Sports Association since 2005
Availability & Preferences
I am available 7 days a week from 10 AM to 8 PM
