I will sit down with you and help you to discover a deeper understanding of both yourself, and the world around you. You decide the general need for the therapy, whether you've recently had a bad break up, or you're dealing with grief, drug addiction, depression, ect. Once we've established your needs, we can begin to discover together what we can do to change it, and how to have a better perspective on life.
