I am the owner of The Catering Brigade. I hold an Associates of Occupational Sciences in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. While there I was fortunate enough to not only get a degree from the school but also a wife. Best money I ever spent. We have been catering together for nearly a decade. She provides all the baked goods including breads, cakes, pies, and cupcakes. I take care of the other foods and handle administration.
Currently I am running the kitchen for a local GA Pre-K program. Just started and it is a very interesting position.
Our specialties are Italian, Classical French, "Like Mom used to make", and Scratch Cooking. Don't see the style you like? We can do any style you want but we focused on those. We take pride in our work and frequently are on Groupon and Living Social. You can find our deals on cupcakes there!
