I am a teacher/ trainer/ coach for over 25 years.
I will coach you in weight loss and exercise, strength training, yoga, etc. Health related issues and nutrition.
Also other areas that block happiness such as household organization and clutter, better communication, parenting issues and overcoming phobias, anxiety and depression.
I also tutor kids grades K - 8 (locally).
