With 8 years of experience teaching Pilates and functional training, I love to be with my clients every step of the way. From introducing people to their bodies, to helping people recover from injuries to helping new moms loose extra baby weight. My teaching philosophy is that moving should feel good. When we learn to be present with our bodies, we learn how to breathe. When we learn how to breathe, we learn how to relax. When we can relax, breathe and be present, we are balancing our bodies and our lives.
