30 minute How to Knit

Via skype I will show you how to cast on stitches, knit a row and purl a row.... then we can get fancy! If you have a pattern, I am happy to walk you through it and help you get it on the needles! Changing colours is easy, we can go over that. Casting off has a few tricks. Reading the abbreviations in pattern books can be tricky sometimes. I am happy to work with kids as well.

Training & Qualifications

I have knit for years on and off. I have knit gloves, socks, sweaters, tons of scarves and hats! I know the basics and can follow most patterns. Knitting is all about the correct wool and the correct tension...once you get both of these going, you can accomplish anything.
