In a 1 hour session, I can work with you for learning to move around food allergies/preferences. Lactose intolerance, nut allergies, shell fish, gluten intolerance, diabetes... Healthy Eating is important for your mental health, physical health, and emotional health. Healthy eating is a journey; it cannot be done in one day. Eating does not have to be a chore, it can be a delight, and it should be! I will learn with you, walk with you, teach you, and enjoy a relationship where you and I are both improving.
I have been cooking for over a decade, in both teaching classmates, friends, family, and working as a professional caterer, I have gained quite a bit of experience. I would love to walk you through a recipe reading, create a dish, cook a dish, evaluate, the whole deal.
I will sit down with you and teach you how to cook any dish your heart desires. If you bring me a recipe I can help you make it!
