Managing contacts, maintaining your calendar and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, send out e-mail newsletters, handle billing and accounting, prepare, collate and ship proposals and meeting materials, send out requested information to customers, handle client inquiries by phone or e-mail and other assistant duties with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
