I am a Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki practitioner, and developing psychic and animal communicator. My purpose is to educate all people about natural living and holism to treat illness and disease as... well as maintain whole person well-being, all in a safe space. We accomplish this as a team through the mind-body-spirit connection, utilizing many modalities including, but not limited to, energy therapy, aromatherapy, herbs, nutrition, crystals and minerals, EFT, spiritual coaching, meditation, lifestyle changes, and lots of lovingkindness. My specialities are stress management, mental health, and daily self-care. I have also created my own brand of natural bath and body care products.
