This is not including deep cleaning but basic clearing of the pathway of the house, providing dumpster ($25 fee) and transportation to clean out your house!
I will have less attachment for me to easily record any paperwork virtually for keepsakes and toss out unimportant documents or items. It can take me 3 days to 2 weeks depending on how much objects and rooms that need to be cleared.
I enjoy cleaning even hoarders as it is like looking through treasure and a person's life and I do not mind coming back to redo maintenance.
This is a more affordable way to have a maid service that is spontaneous and will only see any hectic situation as a solvable problem! There are no judgement here!
The only thing I will not clean for it requires deep cleaning and special tools is if the house is abandoned, a foreclosing home deemed by the city that it is unlivable, and require special suit protection or any facility that contains anything illegal.
