In my 20 I developed and practiced a methodology for using Myers Briggs to construct optimal teams after running a consulting practice for a few years. That started me on a quest of better understand how to enable individuals and teams realize goals. During the last 4 years of working, I doubled my income while working under 40 hours a week and traveling the world doing it. I wish I could say I'm special but the truth is it was more about knowing a few key things and leaning where to focus. I'll give you a clue, focusing out the outside is not where the most opportunity is waiting. And what you do focus on outside yourself is about knowing what you don't as fast as possible.
I'm now a practicing hypnotherapist and mindfulness trainer after retiring early from the tech fields. I would like to teach and help others the key insights that I discovered that catapulted my life. I just wish I found the keys earlier. I'm in the process of writing a book about it and looking to help others while taking a break from research and typing since it's very isolating.
