I went to online college while working full time and taking care of my family to get my Bachelors degree in Computer Network Administration. I then spent 3 years removing virus from peoples computers for Symantec, before finding my current position providing support for Marketo, a Marketing Automation software provider. I enjoy technology and thinking about what it means for the future of humanity. I am very person focused, and make excellent customer experience my main goal.
