About David Lay
My name is David Lay. I am a college student that is looking to receive my BA in Fruit and Vegetable management at WSU. I love gardening and anything that has to do with food! In the fall I go mushroom hunting for mainly chanterelles, oysters, and turkey tail. When spring and summer come I work on gardening, my favorite harvests are tomatoes, zucchini, and basil. I have experience in raising chickens and basic gardening. This year I am planning to raise Italian honeybees for the first time.
