I will gI've you 60 minutes of beer tasting experience. During this time I will show you how to breakdown the aroma, flavor, body, and head of a pint of beer. How to pair the beer with the correct, and incorrect food items. You will also learn the BJCP characteristics and guidelines for the beer we review. Finally, I will show you how to pair a beer with an evironment, gathering, and mental state. **CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PURCHASING OF THEIR OWN BEER, AND FOODS**

Well, I hae been beer drinking for decades. Homebrewing for 9 years. The beers that I have entered into competition have won awards in their categories. I currently run and manage my own beer blog, www.thekilted1.com. All aspects of beer are my life.
