I will show you how to pair and plate cheeses and/or charcuterie with various accoutrements for both your personal use and for entertaining guests! This will also come with a brochure of Cheese 101, different types of cheese, and how to discern their flavor profiles. I will also show you how and where to procure them in your area, for the best prices. I will provide all cheese and charcuterie for the lesson.
Training & Qualifications
I am director of procurement for an exotic foods distributor, and configure the cheese plates of many prominent restaurants in New York and surrounding states.
