Aerobic Exercise Instruction
I can meet at the Cumberland Bowl park or another public facility to exercise aerobics, rollerblading, biking, jogging , basketball, walking, tennis, badminton or almost any sport for fun, fitness and great conversation! If there is inclement weather, will have to be indoors.
Training & Qualifications
I have over 20 years of participating in sports and fitness. I'm a little out of shape now but am looking forward to helping others in the community get in shape.

Monday - Saturday 7am-10am & 6-7pm
