With over 20 years of experience as a chef, and 50 as a food lover I now smoke food for fun. You want a smoke bleucheese and bacon cheesecake? I can do that. You feel the need of a slow and low smoked eye of round or prime rib, I can do that too. I've turned smoking food into an art form.
