I will help you identify a word press theme that meets your needs or create a custom theme for you. I can assist in finding a hosting service if you need one and also assist with finding a domain registration service if needed. My experience is more on the coding side but I know the basics of photo shop and a can assist with graphical design.
I can also provide help in understanding word press blog management.
