Whole Foods Plant Based Cooking
300
This is an in-depth, practical way to learn how to eat healthfully. I will meet with you to discuss your health and nutrition goals. Then we can choose a recipe, go grocery shopping while discussing healthful choices, and cook a meal together.
I believe the key to healthy nutrition is in cooking. By working with whole foods, you get nutrition in it's original form, with all the vitamins and minerals packaged in fiber, ready to go. The hard thing is people don't know where to start. Well, let's start with a recipe! As we cook, we can discuss a plethora of nutrition and cooking tips to get you started toward a healthier lifestyle.
