I'm a dedicated food service professional with 19 years experience planning & executing menus as well as training those with less experience. I will work by creating personalized menus/recipes for a day or up to a week. I will cook and or train others to perform as I would in a safe and efficient manner.
Training & Qualifications
I work at The Salty Pig in back bay as a butcher apprentice and line cook. I have past experience working as a Sous Chef as well as brewer.
Availability & Preferences
I mainly work during the daytime.
