Using my 20 years experience making hiring recommendations and decisions as a: 3rd Party Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, HR Manager, and Operations Manager; I am intimately familiar with each part of the process. Using this experience I will work with you on a three pronged approach:
1. Identify immediate, 6 month, and two year strategic objectives; and create a staffing plan that aligns with the growth strategy, helping you attract the right type of investor.
2. Create an employment branding strategy that puts your unique voice in front of each candidate.
3. Train hiring managers and first level supervisors on effective interviewing techniques, interview styles, how to take legal notes, and how to dig beyond the behavior-based question.
At the end of the day I want to help you turn processes on their ear and showcase your culture with pride.
Training & Qualifications
I have 20 years of team building and candidate attraction. I get how the internet is changing how we attract candidates. I started recruiting back when we all "smiled and dialed" and watched the "spray and pray" revolution start. One thing remains the same, good people are hard to find. I can help sort through it all.
