I can come to You and help You learn about food and nutrition, plant based eating, GMOs, Gluten free eating, how to use doTerra essential oils in Your Home, in cooking, for health and well being. I am able to offer counseling (worked as a counselor for 20 yrs) & support in many areas from personal to relations and beyond, body and energy work, garden/food growing help too.
Training & Qualifications
BA in Sociology, Minor in Counseling, BA in Poli Sci , Minor In History, Teaching Credentials for K-12 Social Studies, Health Education, English and Counseling. 20 years in Education. Community activities Include serving as a Commissioner on the Family Violence Advisory Commission for Hawaii County 3 years, Color Therapy Certification, Tantra Counselor Certification, Business owner Private Counseling Services since 1990, and current Certification with doTerra Essential oils as a Wellness Advocate, Aroma Touch Therapy, I KNOW FOOD.
