Growing up exercise was always a priority in my life. My dream was to be a United States Marine and I knew being in physical shape was a necessity to make that dream come true. At the age of 18 I joined the Marine Corps and served in an infantry battalion for five years with three combat deployments. I got out of the military and became obsessed with learning more about physical fitness beyond running with a pack on and hiking with heavy loads for enduring miles.

I Powerlifted for a year and a half before trying CrossFit. After my first workout I was hooked. It helped me maintain my strength and improve my conditioning. Afterwards I began studying in the methodologies and movements of CrossFit as much as I could. After all I was doing it on my own.

After two years of studying and researching as much as I could I finally became a Level 1 Trainer in 2012. I promise I will never stop learning to be the best trainer and offer the best service to you. You will get what you pay for and more.
