Together we'll examine your utility bills and look into how you might go about reducing your costs for electricity, gas, water, and trash/recycling
This frequently includes:
An energy assessment
Insulation and air sealing check
Inspection of the HVAC system
Inspection of the water usage, sometimes submetering of water throughout facility or home
Assessment of the flows of material on and off the property (i.e. food in, sewage out)
Assessment of the natural resources of the property (sunlight, plants, streams or bodies of water, wind, animals, etc.)
Training & Qualifications
Started a sustainability design and implementation consultancy 7 years ago and have been actively doing R&D into sustainability and regeneration using my client's projects and my own life as a test bed. With regard to doing a utilities assessment in particular I do have some specific qualifications and experience. I am a certified LEED GA, and spent about a year working as a home energy assessor, and did some energy efficiency installations as well.
