Hi, My name is AK Ikwuakor, or Coach AK! I am a former professional athlete, entrepreneur, speaker, and Executive and Business Coach. Growing up I was a horrible student. Learning was tough for me. It wasn't until I identified my preferred learning style, kinesthetic and tactile, that I really flourished.

I know I learn best by doing and from individuals who live, breathe, and apply the topic. I read a lot, but I also know to learn in realtime, from the author's mouth, increases my chances of retention and application.
