Personal Trainer
I'm looking for someone to provide me with person training sessions. I'm decently physically fit but, I obtained a back injury about two years ago and have slowly been coming back around.
I'm looking for someone who:
1) has knowledge of body mechanics and knows what's happening when/if I say "it hurts when I do this..." And can offer me alternative movements as well as exercises to strengthen/stretch the ineffective muscles
2) is attentive and can watch my form, and isn't afraid to correct me when it is improper
3) is consistent and will keep me consistent (please no last minute cancellations)
4) is truly passionate about what they do and loves the idea of putting together and executing a training program for/with their clients
5) I can work with long term
