Together, you and I will work together to develop a workout plan perfect for you needs, goals, comfort level, and access to equipment. Also included is a nutrition plan and diet coaching. Whether you want to do you first triathlon or prepare for a powerlifting meet, I can help!
In addition to an initial assessment phone call, clients receive weekly workout plans, diet plans, unlimited emails, text messages, and one weekly 1-hour phone check in.
One Unit equates to one week of coaching.
