Mindfulness Couching

30 minute session where I will teach you several mindfulness techniques and lead you through a mindfulness meditation. I can also give you some great ideas for teaching mindfulness to children (as I do this in my daily job) and can give you advice to help you maintain a mindful way of life.
Training & Qualifications
I have a BA in Psychology with a minor in Integrative Therapies. I wrote several papers during my college life that pertain to mindfulness and have been practicing it for 8 years! I also work with troubled youth where I incorporate mindfulness daily in our routines and for my own sanity.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually available Thursdays or Saturdays. If this is online then I have availability monday and tuesday mornings before noon.
