4 hour Chocolate Making Class
As a professional chocolatier, I will guide you through the steps involved in making your own professional quality chocolates. This class will be divided in to two lessons over two days. All materials and ingredients will be provided. We will make one recipe of your choice. Equipment will return home with me, but you get to keep the chocolates you make. You will get hands-on practice and a list of resources to help you find everything you need to try it at own your own. Location of lesson to be determined.
Training & Qualifications
I am a professional chocolatier who has been making chocolates for more than 10 years. I have read a lot of books, graduated From École Chocolat's Professional Chocolatier Program, and apprenticed for 5 years with a Master Chocolatier In Vancouver. Now I am the Head Chocolatier at a Vancouver chocolate shop.
