I will fix your computer issues locally or virtually. I have trained in A+ and Network+, while I am still currently working on Security+ (however, I'm likely able to help with security issues). If local, I will always answer your calls and promptly expedite my service openly. If virtual, I will do my best to help you feel confident and comfortable with having chosen me. I can fix most problems, and answer most questions quickly- however, some things need a little research, which I am well equipped to handle.
Training & Qualifications
CBT Nuggets Training: A+, Network+, Security+. I've spent the last 19 years getting to know Windows well through practical use (Microsoft Office Suite, taking courses in Word and Excel, flight simulator setup and training, video and music editing, et. al.).
