I will spend up to one hour at a time helping you design your idea through 3D modeling, scanning and printing technology available to me. I have rapid prototyping experience and help people invent everyday at work. The output could be feedback via webchat/email, a basic 3D model in most available formats, in some cases a physical 3D print via pickup/delivery/mail or a 3D file from high-quality 3D scan data.
Training & Qualifications
I have been rapid prototyping for over 4 years and I have been designing/fabricating with various tools like laser cutters, CNC mills, 3D printers, woodworking, Arduino, Rhino 3D and more. I also have work and extracurricular experience in acting and filmmaking for documentation, education and entertainment using Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Premier Pro. I have working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop as a supplementary skill set.
I studied people and technology for 6 years at Arizona State University focusing on the ethical practices of inventing for social good.
Availability & Preferences
I usually have one hour free during weekday evenings and one of the two weekend days per week.
